Case Studies 5 & 6 - Trudy, Paddy & Missy

Paddy (left) & Missy (right)

The communication (Paddy):

Paddy came through as a sensitive and loving soul. He was friendly, approachable and sincere. To make sure I was communicating with him he gave me the impression he liked to lick, liked to weave around legs & talked a lot to Trudy. Out of the two Paddy chose to communicate first & Missy agreed, Trudy also thought Paddy should go first.
Paddy communicated that he'd prefer to sit in the back of the car on the way to the vets, as he was going for a check up soon. He doesn't like the vets but this is because he just wants to be at home - he feels very secure at home. He seems to get nervous when he's away from Trudy & the house. When he has his territorial moments it's because he's protecting Missy & he made it clear he's happy living with Missy.

The communication (Missy):

Missy has a beautiful nature, a little fuss pot as she puts it! Quite simply she's fun, friendly & loving. She gave me an image of standing on her back legs stretching her front paws up to Trudy which Trudy confirms she does. She was adament that she DOES like to go outside & that she likes to chase Paddy up the stairs.
Missy was clear that her & Trudy were 'meant to be', she told me of her smaller sister possibly called Suki (Trudy couldn't verify this) & she told me that Trudy & herself share a great connection & understand one another. Finally she clarified that she DOES want to go outside. Trudy had a feeling that Missy wanted to go out more so this was Missy's way of confirming her suspicions.

Trudy's feedback (Paddy):

I was really impressed with the first connection, I felt Gemma gave a pretty accurate description of Paddy`s personality, she said he was a loving cat and said he was in good physical shape. Gemma helped me understand Paddy’s emotions. I asked her why he cries when going in the car to the vets or catterey she advised I try putting the cat carrier in the back, yesterday he had a routine appointment for vaccinations at the vets and I tried putting him in the back of the car and he was so much better I couldn`t believe it. She said she felt he was a homely cat which is correct as he doesn`t really go very far when he`s out. She also picked up on the fact that he "weaves" around things, I interpreted that as he is an extremely friendly cat and he is always rubbing himself against furniture and people. There were other characteristics that she described Paddy as having and I felt again she was pretty accurate. Gemma was informative of the process and very professional.

Trudy's feedback (Missy):

Missy is a fairly new addition to our family and she really connected with her personality, she described her as being extremely happy as she feels like she really belongs with us, she was a rescue cat. Gemma asked me to begin with who she thought should go first as she did the communication on both my cats, I said Paddy as he was the oldest and she said she had communicated with them both and they had both agreed the same. She said Missy was a happy cat and that was one of the reasons she was so vocal. She also said that Missy liked to go outside, I have been a bit dubious about letting her stay out for long periods as I recently lost a cat on the road by us but Gemma said that Missy was aware of this, I found that really interesting. She also asked if she jumps on my other cat Paddy and she does do this but Gemma said it is because she likes to play. Overall I think Gemma was pretty accurate with Missy`s personality.

Case Study 4 - Jill & Percy

The communication:

Jill has tried all sorts of holistic treatments with Percy & he's so sensitive, she wanted to know if homeopothy was the right thing for him. My first feeling of Percy was that he was a deep being & had a big heart, he also made it clear that he was deeply rooted - spiritually. Physically I picked up on his heart murmur. To ensure I was communicating with Percy I asked for information that only he & Jill would know, he made me aware of this loud purr, walking around in circles sometimes & how he licks the condensation off the window, as he prefers this to drinking from a bowl - Jill informed me she'd never seen him drink & so was concerned about his water intake - it seems he has this in hand!
Percy had a LOT to say! Throughout the communication he seemd to become more relaxed, I used a technique to pick up his emotional blockages and release them - Jill saw a change in him with each release, getting calmer & softer. Jill confirmed he was purring & it was the happiest she'd seen him - this was a good sign!
Jill was concerned about the loud noise he made at night, it turns out this is the onset of dementia & he just wanted Jill to be with him to make him feel secure.
Percy is one of the many pets who has said how we over complicate everything - like most he just wanted his owner to sit quietly with him in a present state & he would benefit from this a huge deal.
From the communcation it was also clear that he missed his previous owner & so Jill & his last owner will try communicating as we did, Percy was clear he'd enjoy this very much.

Percy is one of the animals I've communicated with that I will never forget. I'm so glad he's found peace in himself & that the communication benefitted him & Jill.

Jill's feedback:

Percy's behaviour since the communication is transformed - you have reached him in a way nobody else has (and believe me, we have tried over the years!).

My husband said it's like living with a normal cat (for the first time ever with Percy), and we're both enjoying his new-found way of being.  He is relaxed, happy living in his own skin, happy to be with us but no longer constantly demanding attention and shouting at us.  He has stopped pacing around and being hyperactive and he's stopped vying for attention with our other cat and making his life difficult with his constant jealous behaviour and territorial tactics. He's also stopped crying in the middle of the night.

On Saturday when I got up he was still in his bed.  He rolled over, stretched out a paw to greet me, and licked me. Previous behaviour would have been to jump out of his bed, yell at me for food, trip me up constantly until it appeared, then ignore me pointedly until he wanted more attention.  On Saturday he got up very slowly, asked for a cuddle, ate some breakfast, then after I had eaten (and previously he would have nagged me throughout my meal), asked to sit on me.  He sat on me in a state of total relaxation for about fifteen minutes - no pummelling, no moving around constantly, no tension - and we just enjoyed the time together.

I can't tell you what a joy it is to have the real Percy living with us, and how much stress has gone from our lives now his behaviour has changed.  He has undoubtedly been the most difficult cat to live with in terms of his behaviour, but we have always known that underneath it all was a lovely being, so it's good to see him happy and live with him now after all this time.  Thank you so much.

Feedback from Jen (Jen gives Reiki to another cat in the household & recommended me to Jill):

I saw Jill and Percival today and the change in Percy was amazing (that is a word you will soon get blasé about I'm sure).  His facial features changed in the way he no longer looks a grumpy old cat, he wasn't his normal demanding self and he came to me and sat on my lap and would have gone to sleep there if I let him.   Now I went to give Snowy a Reiki treatment and Percy knows that, having refused it himself, so Percy normally avoids me like the plague!

Well done you.  It must have been nice to work with an animal that did actually need help.

Case Study 3 - Lauren & Mikey

The communication:

Lauren explained that Mikey can be a bit moody & she'd like to know why. When I communicated with Mikey she described herself as a little bit feisty, slightly troubled, genuine & loving. She realises that she has issues that need working on namely feeling insecure & needing re-assurance. She showed me that she has a favourite spot on the bed, that she does have affectionate moments and that she scratches the back door even though she can get in/out - it's just to get Lauren's attention. These were all things I asked for so that Lauren could confirm it was Mikey we were communicating with.
Mikey made Lauren realise during the communication that Lauren needs to quiten down & slow down & that she works too hard, this is what's affecting Mikey's mood. Mikey had a few requests & one was that Lauren take up yoga again from home as the calming energy also helped Mikey. She also likes her fun time & when Lauren talked about having music on & getting ready to go out Mikey's spirits lifted, she also enjoys this time. Mikey was quite clear that her role is to teach Lauren & she had a Eureka moment when Lauren simply said "may-be I need to quieten down"! She'd got it!
Mikey is a prime example of being a mirror to her human companion - Lauren. She was feeling moody & anxious because of the way Lauren felt when she came home & was busy doing things. Simple!

Lauren's feedback:

Gemma correctly picked up that Mikey can seem quite troubled but is loving underneath, she likes the same place on the bed and that she asks to be let in/out when she can do it herself!
I felt I had a real breakthrough in understanding myself through my Cats behaviour and feelings and came away with a plan to change things in my life that will hopefully in turn make my cat happier too. Thanks Gemma!

Case Study 2 - Jen & Charlie

The communication:

Jen wanted to know that Charlie was happy & warm enough. He came through as being a gentle character and quite a thinker. He like a specific spot in his tank, was boasting about the size of his tongue! And confirmed that he's quite slow in everything he does - Jen confirmed this is a Camelion thing! During the communication Charlie confirmed he'd like a bigger tank, he enjoys water being sprinkled on him & that he'd like to go downstairs & meet Trevor the rabbit. He showed a lot of love for Cedric (Jen's son) & Jen. Overall he came across as a happy, gentle creature.

Jen's feedback:

Gemma phoned I sat in the room with Charlie and she gave me a few things about him that she wanted me to confirm to ensure she was in communication with Charlie or if indeed he wanted to communicate with Gemma. All was well for a fascinating 20-25 minutes of questions and answers. Everything was explained and communications checked along the way to ensure we both understood things the same way.

Case Study 1 - Jay & Jack

The communication:

Jay just wanted to know that Jack was happy and settled into the family. He came through as being a little tyrant, boisterous, fun, lively & a live wire. He likened himself to a lamb springing around. He showed me a few things like how he likes to hang off the bottom of Jay's trousers and how he can jump on all 4's!
Jack & Jay are very connected, this was clear. He indicated that he found her & that he was a gift from a family member in Spirit. Although Jack is a live wire he also made it clear he's happy to do what Jay says as she knows best. Jay worries about him being caught by dogs but he let me know that he outsmarts them & can out run them. He also loves Daisy & sees her & Jay as his 2 Mums.

Jack was an absolute delight to communicate with. Thank you Jay & Jack.

Jay's feedback:

Gemma completely accurately described my fur-baby, Jack. She said he said he was a little tyrant! He is! She also gave specific information about his little quirks and some information about my husband's father who passed some years ago.
Gemma called at the agreed time and from the word 'go', we connected. Both of us had the 'tingles' as we were talking and I find Gemma to be a very warm, empathic lady and I have no doubt that her Animal Communication skills will take her to great heights if she so wishes.
Human to human Brilliant! That was what made it special. I have had communications with one other Animal Communicators a few years ago, and it was not the same at all. Gemma's communication was seamless.
